Celebrated Canadian singer, Anne Murray, release her new album ‘Duets: Friends And Legends’
Produced by New Yorker Phil Ramone, Anne Murray’s newest release ‘Duets, Friends and Legends’ – released on 10 March – is a collection of Anne’s biggest hits newly recorded as duets with today’s most popular female artists.
Among her duet partners are: Shania Twain, Nelly Furtado, Sarah Brightman, k.d. lang, Celine Dion, Emmylou Harris, Carole King, Olivia Newton-John, Shelby Lynne and Indigo Girls to mention a few.
As well, Anne recorded ‘Nobody Loves Me Like You Do’ with her daughter Dawn Langstroth. Phil Ramone says that working with Anne for the first time was an easy task because her standards are so good and so high.
Anne Murray has a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, one on Nashville’s Walkway of Stars and another on Canada’s Walk of Fame in Toronto. In 1993, she was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame.
