How is the tour going?

It's going well. We've been drinking a lot of vodka but we're still here!

What has the reaction been to the shows so far?

It's been very good apart from Northampton! But everywhere else like Leicester, Bournemouth... Bournemouth was very good. Tonight we're in Oxford so that's very hectic because we're from Oxford of course and the guest list is about 800 people! Then we're heading up to Scotland tomorrow.

Is it easier or harder to play for a home crowd?

Er, I don't know. We haven't played here in over a year and I don't think anybody has seen us since we signed to Virgin so I think there is a bit of expectation there! It's gonna be good.

So it will be like the homecoming?

Yeah. We've been filming things today for the local TV station so we haven't had time to get too worried about it. It's no quite like Radiohead in South Park but it will be good.

Any standout moments on the tour so far?

Let me think... There was a good moment in Bournemouth when the crowd was a bit quiet so I just go them to cheer and they cheered really loudly. So it just goes to show how easy it is to get people to cheer! Then in Leicester yesterday we got the crowd singing along to all the songs which was good. That was a nice moment. Aside from that, just stuff like watching 'Spinal Tap' on the tour bus!
